Afghan kabab 

Afghan BBQ
Ingredients 

4 kg boneless lamb,cut into 3/4 inch cubes 

1 kg sheeps tail fat cut into 3/4 inch cubes 

3 tablespoon lemon juice 

4 cloves Garlic,peeled and crushed

2 cups yogurt (optional)

Salt, black pepper and 

coriander powder (optional).
Methods

Step -1

First of all cut the lamb and lamb fat into 3/4 inches equal cubes then

 mix the lemon juice, garlic past ,salt,black pepper,coriander powder, and yogurt in a large bowl,add lamb the lamb and lamb fat mix well and marinate, cover it with a plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight 

Step-2

insert 4 pieces of the lamb alternating with lamb fat on each skewer,then keep it on the preheated charcoal grill about 10 to 20 minutes both sides untill brown and cooked 

Step-3

Garnish with fresh tomato,onion,lemon and sprinkle with little salt and pepper for better taste 
The yummy afghan kabab is ready,serve when its warm with afghan nan or chapati,
