Sweet Triangle cheese puff


For the dough

1 kg All purpose flour

1/2 cup milted butter 

3 tbs sugar

1/2 tbs salt

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil
For the stuffings

200g Mozzarella cheese 

226g cream cheese 

100g melted butter

100g of dry vermicelli or seviyan

1/2 cup sugar

2 chopped apples

30g almonds 

20g pistachio 

Step 1-make a soft dough and keep it in refrigerator for about 10 minuets

Step 2- in a large bowl using a fork, add cream cheese with shredded mozzarella 

Mix them well,keep it aside 
Step 3-in a add sugar and chopped apples,stir it fir about 7 minuets until apples are almost tender and turns into a brown texture 
Step 4-in another bottomed frypan add 2 tbs melted butter and broken vermicelli fry it until golden brown, add pistachios and almonds as well and keep it aside
Step 5-Now add the mixtures of cream cheese(step 2) and the Sautéed apples(step3) on vermicelli (step3) 

Mix them well and let it cool 
Step 6-take the dough, divide them into 12 equal portions ,and shape them into smoth balls,

Cover them with a cloth, except the one you are working with,

Take a ball of dough on a floured surface and shape it into a square,

And roll it into 6 inch square using a rolling pin,
Dust again with flour, and take the dowel, and place on one end of the dough ,roll neatly onto the dowel,

Keep your hands on each sides of the dough,

Unroll the dough and dust again the dough and surface with a little flour,

And roll up again from opposite side as you do before,
Unroll again ,after second rolling the dough should be about 10 into 12inches
Roll them with both sides with dusting the surface and the dough till you wind up with a dough thats 14 into 18 inches in size,
Place on a cloth and cover with wax paper then fold the cloth over the top,
Repeat the process with remaining dough balls, laying each on top of the previous one,with wax paper between them,

If needed you can roll them out more thinly,and repeat the dowel process more will result in a thinner square each time,
cut the sheets using a scissor or sharp knife,in 12 into 18 inch sheets,again cut the sheets in half to make two stucks of 9 into 12 inch sheets,

To prevent drying cover the sheets with wax paper while working on the other one,
Remove a sheet and butter it with a pastry brush and place one sheet on top of another sheet and butter it again, do this step for 3 times to get a 3 layered sheet, 
Drop a tablespoon of filling on a corner of the sheet and fold it to cover the filling in a triangle form,continue folding up ,then over ,creating triangles until you reached the end of the strip.
Place the triangles on the greased baking sheet and brush each with melted butter,

Bake until golden and flaky, about 20 minuets, or you can deep fry also,

before serving let the triangles cool for 5 to 10 minuets,
