Healthy mix vegetables and chicken soup recipe

Ingredients

Half kg boneless chicken

3-medium Carrots

2-medium potatoes

3-medium capsicums

1-pw french beans

2-medium onions

2-medium tomatos

Fresh coriander leaves

Half tbs chopped Garlic

10 gram corn

Half tbs Black pepper

Half tbs Turmeric powder

Salt

Half cup Lemon juice

First wash all vegetables and chicken well and chopped them in equal pieces

Heat 2 tbs vegetable oil In a large bottomed pot add chicken,garlic onions,carrots,corn,potatoes,beans,stir it for 3 mins

Then add water and boil it for 3 mins more add salt,black pepper,coriander leaves,turmeric powder,and tomatoes

Boil briefly until vegetables and chicken gets soft ,

add 2 tbs cornstarch in half cup water mix well and then add it to soup

stir and cook until mixture turns thick and no raw smell of cornstarch,for about 7-8 mins

Turn off the flame,transfer hot soup into individual serving bowls and serve.
